I don't usually give all excellent on surveys or reviews but for Richard Sharpe I did. He is very good to work with and is an excellent partner in finding investment opportunities. We have completed multiple deals through him and never been disappointed. Very hard working and willing. Thanks Richard, for all the time and energy you have given us over the last few years!

We were very pleased to have Richard at century 21 to help us sell our house. It sold very quickly and for more than we thought we could get. When looking for another house we knew how busy he was, but he would make sure we knew to take our time, always telling us that if it didn't fit what we are looking for or we didn't love the home then to keep looking for our dream home and never to just settle for something. He did exactly that!! He found us a home that we never thought we would be able to get. Seriously a dream home! Richard and his team deserve so much credit and appreciation from my husband and I. Wouldn't go anywhere else!!
